Here we go! Worked all day trying to figure out my website design. Spent hours writing the info. on the website. Feeling like a “one person team”.  Need to replicate me. Lol.

Wonderful Day in Stratford

Had a wonderful day in Stratford. Glorius weather plus a friend who took the day off to spend time along the Victoria Lake. The birds were chirping , the sun was bright , the air was very warm and we drove to Fellini’s to have lunch. The restaurant makes the best Bruchetta bread in the world. Marta and I spent our time eating, drinking and sharing a few laughs by the window overlooking the main street of Stratford.  It was a great day to people watch. Afterwards, we walked along the lake to view the ducks splashing in the water,  and the school girls trying to catch a breeze. If one can make it to Stratford, do so. Enjoy the Art in the Park Festival along the lake, or stop by and view the Stratford Arts Theatre. You won’t want to miss it!!

Here Comes the Ducks And the Mud

Once again we have another day of rain.  Certainly this spring has been a wash out in many ways. However, I can’t help but laugh when I see the ducks waddling around my yard. At any given time, 5 male  and 2-3 female mallard ducks are wandering my yard in search of bird seed. Just love having them around.  They lift up my spirit. Can’t wait to produce a painting of them. Well…talk about animals!! You should see my horse while the rain came  down. Naturally, he must roll around in the mud! He is not a horse but a wannabe piglet. The joys of nature . Now I must go and try to clean  this muddy pet of mine….Enjoy the weather.
